What you will do

• Own the Salesforce Sales Cloud org across configuration, automation, security, data integrity, performance, and platform architecture.
• Stabilize the post-migration Salesforce environment, including data cleanup, deduplication, routing rules, and user issue triage.
• Manage the HubSpot–Salesforce integration, including field mappings, association logic, attribution dependencies, and sync error resolution.
• Translate requirements from Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Finance into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead QA, regression testing, UAT coordination, sandbox strategy, deployments, release notes, and production quality control.
• Direct external partners, approve all metadata changes, maintain documentation, and support broader revenue technology automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years administering and building on Salesforce Sales Cloud, including primary or sole ownership of a Salesforce org in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Apex experience with classes, triggers, debugging, and test coverage, plus advanced declarative automation using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Ability to build and maintain Lightning Web Components and design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, native connectors, and middleware.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce data modeling, object relationships, security controls, permissions, sharing rules, and third-party access auditing.
• Experience with sandbox strategy, change sets and/or SFDX deployments, testing standards, release management, and technical documentation.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required; candidates must be Canadian citizens or eligible to work in Canada and must complete a criminal records check.

Nice to have

• Experience with n8n or comparable workflow automation tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot, NetSuite, Gong, Orum, Gainsight, Snowflake, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of NetSuite, quote-to-cash or order-to-cash processes, and Revenue Operations workflows.
• Experience reducing technical debt or rationalizing an over-customized Salesforce org.
