RevTech Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Act as the embedded technical partner for a GTM squad, translating ambiguous business needs into documented, tested, and deployed solutions.
• Design and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, using declarative configuration or custom code as appropriate.
• Build secure Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Partner with Engineering on React/NestJS internal GTM applications that expose and synchronize Salesforce data through secure services and APIs.
• Implement the custom Revenue Lifecycle Management solution, including data modeling, CPQ, entitlements, renewals, and integrations with commission and billing systems.
• Collaborate with AI Automation Engineers and maintain integrations with tools such as Fin AI, Gong, Dialpad, HubSpot, Front, Tabs, PandaDoc, and Slack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including production Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, batch, queueable and schedulable processing, SOQL/SOSL, and the Salesforce security model.
• Experience designing solutions from business requirements and working directly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations with external systems and exposing Salesforce data through secure services or APIs.
• Comfort using AI tooling in daily development, critically validating generated code, and maintaining Salesforce metadata and configurations.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and Gearset for Salesforce DevOps and structured releases from sandboxes to production.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS Revenue Lifecycle Management, CPQ, Salesforce Flow at scale, and Omni-Channel.
• Ownership of complex custom Salesforce solutions and administration of third-party GTM tools.
• Familiarity with React, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind, React Router, Apollo Client, NestJS, GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis.
