Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $102,000–$140,500 annual base salary, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver complex Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and optimize Service Cloud features including Omni-Channel, Lightning Service Console, Case Management, Entitlements, Milestones, and Salesforce Knowledge.
• Architect scalable integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as telephony platforms, ERP systems, and Jira.
• Customize Salesforce using Lightning Pages, Flow Builder, Apex triggers and classes, and Lightning Components.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, security, data flow, and user experience.
• Maintain sandboxes, technical documentation, implementation standards, and end-user training.

Requirements

• Must be physically located within the United States for remote work.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce and general technical development and support.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and web services.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce security.
• Experience integrating SaaS systems using Salesforce, REST, and SOAP APIs, including data mapping and transformation.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, communication, stakeholder management, and Agile skills.

Nice to have

• CPQ experience, including participation in an end-to-end implementation.
• Experience with Visual Studio Code, Git, or SVN.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Experience implementing AI and machine learning use cases in Salesforce.
