Lead Manager, Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the continental United States only; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. hirify.global does not sponsor employment visas or other immigration processes. Some travel may be required, and occasional work outside normal business hours may be needed.

Salary: $110,000–$121,000 USD annually, with annual incentive potential.

What you will do

• Architect, design, build, and deliver technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop custom user interfaces using Visualforce, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Deliver work across product evaluation, solution design, custom development, testing, integrations, and implementation support.
• Lead or participate in architecture and technical design sessions and propose robust, scalable solutions.
• Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, debug defects, and develop maintainable code.
• Coordinate release documentation, communications, training materials, and technical release notes while collaborating with product teams, vendors, and support teams.

Requirements

• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Developer certification.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components, triggers, workflows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, Salesforce Development Lifecycle, and Agile delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or NPSP.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud.
