Operations Manager (Electronic Security Systems)

Location: On-site in Washington, District of Columbia; U.S. citizenship required

Salary: $77,050–$115,575 per year, based on contract affordability, qualifications, experience, and internal parity.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day Security Control Center operations and personnel.
• Manage monitoring, operational support, sustainment, maintenance, and repair activities for complex electronic security systems.
• Oversee SLA execution, service quality, contractual compliance, and timely completion of repair work.
• Track system availability, operability, reliability, and service performance metrics.
• Present operational updates, performance data, and issue reports at Government meetings and monthly In-Progress Reviews.
• Identify lifecycle replacement needs, analyze recurring failures, recommend corrective actions, and maintain accurate data in the Maintenance Management System.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience managing and sustaining complex electronic security systems.
• Minimum five years of experience supervising personnel or managing technical functions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and provide on-site support in Washington, DC.
