Afternoon Site Supervisor

Location: Sacramento, California, United States; Tuesday–Saturday, 5:00 PM–1:30 AM

Compensation: $70,304–$70,400 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate daily activities for company and temporary employees within the assigned program.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees on tasks, safety policies, and procedures.
• Inspect work areas, equipment, services, and working conditions for quality, sanitation, and OSHA compliance.
• Track equipment maintenance and repairs, supplies, inventory, attendance, training, inspections, and performance metrics.
• Prepare pass-down, weekly, and monthly reports and communicate personnel or customer issues to management.
• Correct at-risk behavior immediately and recommend corrective actions or additional training.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with database, internet, spreadsheet, and word-processing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, training, problem-solving, presentation, coaching, and time-management skills.
• Ability to understand safety and operating documents and prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds; a valid driver’s license or forklift certification may be required.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks.
