Process Engineer IV (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Relocation eligible. Travel required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award eligibility.

What you will do

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for semiconductor and display technologies.
• Characterize complex hardware systems and define innovative techniques, methodologies, and technologies.
• Design experiments, collect and analyze data, and compile technical reports across multiple products.
• Implement new technologies, products, analytical instrumentation, and film measurement techniques.
• Troubleshoot complex process engineering issues and engage with customers to resolve high-value problems.
• Create product documentation and specifications, and train engineers to interpret process data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10–15 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Experience with process engineering experiments, hardware characterization, data analysis, and technical documentation.
