Location: Remote within the United States or from AIR's U.S. office locations; U.S. territories are excluded. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Depending on project work, certain residency requirements may apply.
Annual salary: $115,000–$130,000 USD.

What you will do
- Plan, execute, and monitor project tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables with Project Directors and Task Leaders.
- Maintain project documentation, templates, workflows, and processes aligned with organizational and contractual requirements.
- Track project progress in Jira, update dashboards, and support timely completion of tasks and tickets.
- Analyze project data, benchmarks, and performance indicators to produce reports and visualizations for decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate communication, and support resource planning and allocation.
- Identify delivery risks and process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal standards and client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and staffing processes, or an advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, adapt to changing project needs, and collaborate effectively in a virtual environment.
- Current U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience managing technical or data-driven projects.
- PMP certification.
