What you will do

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of client implementations for RTM, HEP, Pathways, and EMR integrations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring project continuity.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Conduct tailored training sessions for clinicians and administrators on new workflows and product features.
• Support change management initiatives to drive clinician buy-in and long-term platform adoption.
• Identify and document expansion opportunities to support Account Management goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing full lifecycle client-facing healthcare SaaS implementations.
• 1-2 years of experience with EMR or EHR integrations.
• Strong project management skills including risk identification and scope management.
• Experience training clinicians or clinical staff on software or workflow changes.
• Ability to operate independently with sound judgment on prioritization.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states: AZ, CO, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with RTM, telehealth, rehab, MSK, or PT/OT clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing workflows or payer enrollment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Pendo, or Tableau.
