Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States; travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required based on business needs.

Salary: $69,400–$119,700 per year, based on experience.

What you will do

• Manage technology, client, vendor, strategic, operations, HR, and process-improvement projects according to PMO best practices.
• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing.
• Define project scope, estimates, budgets, resources, schedules, and change-control processes.
• Manage project risks, issues, actions, decisions, and scope or schedule changes.
• Create communication plans and provide stakeholders with clear status and performance reports.
• Monitor project costs, team performance, quality, and delivery of vendor installations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of previous experience in project management.
• 1–2 years of revenue cycle or healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and openness to innovation, including AI-driven process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification required within 9 months of hire.
• Remote work is available nationwide, with the ability to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate locations as business needs require.
