Project Manager (Medical Device)

Location: Acton, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid work is available, with required on-site work from an hirify.global office. Travel is estimated at 10% and may vary based on business needs.

Salary: $90,500–$135,800 annual base salary for U.S.-based positions, with potential eligibility for incentive compensation.

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod product platform and other wearable drug delivery solutions for people with diabetes and other conditions.

What you will do

• Lead project teams and deliver initiatives within target timelines, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, follow up on actions, and maintain accountability.
• Track milestones, prepare project plans and summary reports, and manage RAID logs.
• Identify and escalate risks, delays, issues, and misalignments to Program Managers and stakeholders.
• Partner with Program Managers and international teams to support product launch readiness and execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of total work experience, including at least 3 years of demonstrated project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field preferred.
• Strong project management, planning, organization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, and Project.
• Ability to work on-site from the hirify.global office in Acton, Massachusetts, as part of a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Medical device program management experience.
• Familiarity with commercial functions, SAP, Arena, Salesforce, JIRA, or Polarion.
• Project management certification.
• Knowledge of global medical device and drug delivery regulations.
• Knowledge of software and disposable product development lifecycles.
