Senior Project Manager (Healthcare Revenue Cycle)

Location: Remote - Nationwide; travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations in the United States as business needs require

Salary: $92,400–$159,450 per year, based on experience

What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and operational and technical feasibility with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and schedules, assign responsibilities, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
• Prepare project cost estimates and budgets, then manage performance against approved scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project changes, risks, contingency plans, corrective actions, documentation, and process maps.
• Coordinate with business owners and other departments to deliver healthcare technology solutions and improve operational workflows.
• Communicate project status and maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and scope adherence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program and project management experience.
• 4+ years of revenue cycle management and healthcare project management experience.
• 4+ years leading revenue cycle management client integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a four-year bachelor’s degree is valued.
• Must be able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
• Inquisitive approach and openness to innovation, including AI, to improve processes and patient and client experiences.
