What you will do
- Lead and grow a team building AI-powered developer tools, including hiring, onboarding, and career development.
- Set the technical direction and partner with staff-level engineers on architecture decisions.
- Reduce developer cycle time while improving the correctness and trustworthiness of AI-assisted development.
- Partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap and turn ambiguous problems into shippable scope.
- Establish the team’s planning, delivery, quality, and operational practices for the services built.
Requirements
- Experience actively shipping code with AI agents in production.
- Comfort working in early-stage environments with evolving roadmaps and ambiguous problems.
- A strong perspective on the current capabilities and limitations of AI coding tools.
- Strong full-stack technical depth with TypeScript, React, and systems-level development.
- Experience building developer-facing products or tooling where speed, reliability, and developer experience are essential.
