Head of AI Ops (AI Agents): Owning and scaling the AIgent Hub as an internal platform for building and orchestrating AI agents across manufacturing operations, Sales, Finance, People, Customer, and Engineering with an accent on product strategy, agent portfolio governance, and company-wide adoption. Focus on defining build-buy-kill decisions, controlling AI quality, permissions and costs, enabling self-service agent creation, and proving business ROI through KPIs.

What you will do
- Own the AIgent Hub product, defining its vision, roadmap, and long-term evolution.
- Manage the AI agent portfolio, making build, buy, and kill decisions across available frameworks and models.
- Lead engineers contributing to the AIgent Hub and set technical direction for scalable company-wide use.
- Drive agent-first transformation and adoption across Operations, Sales, People, Finance, Customer, and Engineering teams.
- Build self-service tools that enable non-technical employees to create and manage their own agents.
- Define KPIs, measure business ROI, control AI compliance and costs, and present value to the C-suite.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the agentic AI landscape, orchestration, and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted writing, research, or coding workflows.
- Working knowledge of RAG, MCP, function calling, and prompt-injection security.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams behind one agenda.
- Curiosity about business workflows and the ability to identify where AI can create measurable impact.
- Experience in a startup or fast-moving environment.
