Head of Experience Systems & AI

Location: Hybrid in Paris or Berlin

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction, governance model, and technical roadmap for the Experience Systems & AI team.
• Define and maintain UI quality standards for layout, motion, responsiveness, design tokens, and production code.
• Oversee semantic systems, content taxonomy, and tone rules that guide AI-generated product copy.
• Lead and coach senior design and systems specialists while collaborating with systems engineers.
• Build code-generation, asset-extraction, and automated visual QA workflows to identify regressions, token discrepancies, and accessibility issues.
• Experiment with context-aware UI components that adapt to real-time user goals.

Requirements

• Track record leading small engineering-adjacent squads or design systems teams.
• Deep experience with design token architecture, systems management, or design engineering.
• Understanding of large language models, structured data, schemas, and context design for predictable UI layouts.
• Strong eye for premium UI detail and ability to codify brand standards into technical systems.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Ability to explore codebases and discuss component architecture with engineers.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and data models connecting AI with UI.
