What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Enterprise AEs, sales leadership, and adjacent GTM roles.
• Partner with the Head of Sales through weekly syncs and pipeline reviews.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using AI tools to attract top-tier talent.
• Articulate the company mission and trajectory to win candidates against competitors.
• Negotiate and close offers with precision in a competitive market.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to refine processes and improve hiring speed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience with deep Enterprise Sales hiring expertise.
• Proven track record in a high-growth startup environment.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, or engagement.
• Fluency with modern ATS platforms, specifically Ashby.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
