GTM Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for the Head of Sales, Enterprise Account Executives, sales leadership, and adjacent GTM roles.
• Partner with GTM hiring managers as a talent advisor through regular syncs, pipeline reviews, and market feedback.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using AI tools to identify, engage, and attract GTM talent at scale.
• Present Perplexity’s mission, product, and trajectory to candidates and negotiate and close offers.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and improve processes to support faster, smarter hiring decisions.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging AI recruiting tools, and GTM recruiting practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, including deep Enterprise Sales hiring experience.
• Experience working at a high-growth startup.
• Track record of serving as the go-to recruiter for a sales leader and managing important hires.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement.
• Fluency with varied ATS platforms; Ashby is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proactive and flexible approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
