PS Business Operations Consultant II (Finance)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Project Management, and Professional Services leaders to ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition.
• Perform month-end closing activities and support financial reporting.
• Monitor and analyze revenue, gross margin, profitability, utilization, productivity, and other KPIs.
• Support forecasting and financial planning for revenue, costs, orders, and resources.
• Develop and enhance management reports and dashboards.
• Improve global Professional Services processes and provide recommendations for strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business operations, finance, business analysis, or a related field.
• BA in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Organizational Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Belgrade, Serbia.

• Experience in a professional services, consulting, or technology environment.
• Fluency in Italian, French, German, or Spanish.
