What you will do

• Define and document business processes and requirements with stakeholders, supporting smooth transition to production.
• Produce functional and non-functional documentation including BRDs, RFPs, DRSs, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Communicate clearly with both technical stakeholders and business end users.
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into solutions delivering tangible business benefits.
• Support development and testing during build and test phases.
• Identify new technology opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working as a business analyst.
• 3+ years of experience in the fund accounting industry within the last 5–6 years.
• Knowledge of all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, or other modeling notations.
• Experience with Agile methodology (preferably Scrum); SAFe is an advantage.
• Strong communication, listening, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
