Senior Business Analyst

Location: Belgrade; permanent hybrid position

Company

Global provider of fund administration and middle office solutions, operating across 112 offices with approximately 13,000 employees.

What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to elicit, define, and document business processes and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into viable IT solutions with measurable business benefits.
• Produce functional and non-functional documentation, including BRDs, RFPs, DRSs, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Support development and quality teams during solution build, testing, and production transition.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, developers, and business end users while managing multiple priorities.
• Identify opportunities for technology improvements and support critical-system implementations and rollouts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• At least 3 years of recent experience in the fund accounting industry.
• Knowledge of all software development lifecycle phases and a background in software development.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, or other modelling notations, Agile methodology, and preferably Scrum.
• Strong communication, writing, stakeholder management, planning, scheduling, and multitasking skills.
• Third-level qualification, preferably in IT; willingness to travel on a limited basis when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAFe and Azure DevOps.
• PBA or CCBA certification.
