TL;DR
Operations Performance & Governance Analyst (iGaming): Managing operational KPI and OKR reporting, dashboards, risk tracking, and business continuity planning with an accent on data quality, governance, and cross-functional performance measurement. Focus on analysing large datasets, coordinating improvement actions, and strengthening operational accountability and continuity processes.
Location: Hybrid, Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do
- Own monthly Operations KPI reporting, including data gathering, validation, analysis, dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
- Identify performance trends, improvement opportunities, and operational risks, and recommend stronger reporting and data collection practices.
- Coordinate governance actions, track improvement initiatives, and ensure follow-through with Operations leaders, process owners, and system owners.
- Support business continuity planning, operational risk assessments, and risk tracking with global business continuity teams.
- Coordinate Operations OKR planning and review cycles and track progress against objectives and key results.
- Support Jira and JSM design initiatives by defining measurable outputs and actionable operational data requirements.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in operational metrics, reporting, or business analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience in Operations, Technology, Gaming, Financial Services, or a similar industry.
- Knowledge of OKR frameworks, risk management, business continuity planning, or operational governance.
