Senior Business Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (eFront): Working with stakeholders to elicit requirements, analyze and propose IT solutions, and deliver functional documentation with an accent on the fund accounting industry, closed-ended/private equity, and eFront Invest. Focus on interpreting business requirements, translating them into viable solutions, and assisting development and quality teams during implementation.

What you will do

• Define and document business processes and requirements through collaborative stakeholder engagement.
• Produce technical (functional and non-functional) documentation such as BRD’s, RFP’s, DRS’s, and US’s with acceptance criteria.
• Clearly communicate ideas to both technical stakeholders and business end-users.
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into viable solutions with tangible business benefits.
• Support development and testing during the build and test phases.
• Identify new opportunities for technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years working as a business analyst.
• Experience in the fund accounting industry with closed-ended/private equity experience preferable.
• Experience with eFront Invest is required.
• Knowledge of all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Experience in Agile methodology, preferably Scrum.
• Excellent communication, listening, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• 3rd level Qualification (preferably IT related).

Nice to have

• Experience within SAFe.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• PBA or CCBA certification.
