Senior Business Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (Fintech): Working with stakeholders to elicit requirements, analyze and propose IT solutions, and deliver functional documentation with an accent on business process definition and technical documentation. Focus on interpreting business requirements, translating them into viable solutions, and supporting development and testing during implementation.

Location: Hybrid, based in Belgrade

What you will do

• Define and document business processes and requirements through collaborative stakeholder engagement.
• Produce technical (functional and non-functional) documentation such as BRD’s, RFP’s, DRS’s, and US’s with acceptance criteria.
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into viable IT solutions with tangible benefits.
• Support development and testing during the build and test phases.
• Identify new opportunities for technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst.
• Experience in the fund accounting industry, with closed-ended/private equity experience preferable.
• Experience with eFront Invest is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a changing and challenging environment, producing high-quality business analysis documentation.
• Knowledge of all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, listening, writing, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with UML, BMPN or other modelling notations.
• Experience in Agile methodology, preferably Scrum, and within SAFe.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Background in software development.
• PBA or CCBA preferable.
