What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Develop clients, understand their talent needs, negotiate agreements, and become a trusted talent partner.
• Identify and headhunt mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals through proactive outreach.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Own the full recruitment cycle from introductions and interviews through offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Use recruitment technology, data, and market trends to improve sourcing and outreach.

Requirements

• Entry-level mindset with ambition to build a career in recruitment.
• Confident, clear, and adaptable communication skills.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic demonstrated through sport, part-time work, internships, or academics.
• Degree with a 2:1 or above, or at least two years of experience in a sales environment.
• Resilience and consistent performance in a target-driven environment.
