Senior Talent and Recruitment Manager

What you will do

• Review organisations with General Managers and leadership teams, covering key talent, succession gaps, performance, and future hiring needs.
• Lead priority recruitment end to end, from role definition and sourcing through interviews, selection, and offers.
• Personally drive a significant share of recruitment in the US market.
• Determine when to run searches directly and when to use external recruiters; select and manage agencies where appropriate.
• Manage recruitment spend and optimise the value received from recruitment partners.
• Monitor new-hire progress after onboarding and provide leadership with visibility into recruitment progress, talent gaps, and people risks.

Requirements

• Substantial hands-on experience recruiting in the US market is essential.
• Approximately 10+ years of recruitment and/or talent experience, including significant hands-on recruitment.
• Strong record of finding and closing high-quality candidates, including senior hires.
• Ability to work directly with executive leadership, challenge hiring decisions, and handle sensitive performance and succession matters with discretion.
• International experience across different cultures and markets, with an independent, direct, pragmatic, and relationship-driven working style.
• Ability to operate without relying on a large corporate HR infrastructure.

• Experience in consumer products, entertainment, or another fast-moving international business.
