Talent Acquisition Specialist (Quantum Computing)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for 8–10 assigned engineering and operations roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and design interview processes.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate availability, interviewer preparation, and hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, monitor the recruitment pipeline, and identify bottlenecks.
• Improve scalable recruitment procedures and resolve process or capacity challenges.
• Support employer branding through recruitment events and industry engagement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a startup or scale-up.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to understand engineering terminology and deep-tech profiles.
• Clear, concise written communication and professional candidate outreach.
• Calm, proactive, and organized approach under time pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills.
