TA Specialist (Quantum Computing)

What you will do

• Manage 8–10 recruitment roles end-to-end across technical and non-technical teams.
• Partner with hiring managers on job specifications, sourcing strategies, and interview logistics.
• Coordinate interview loops, calls, team schedules, and candidate availability.
• Own the candidate experience and provide clear updates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate hiring data in the ATS and identify bottlenecks to improve recruitment speed.
• Participate in and help lead recruitment events to strengthen employer branding.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a startup or scale-up.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to understand engineering terminology and evaluate deep-tech profiles.
• Clear, concise written communication and effective candidate outreach.
• Calm, proactive, and organised approach under time pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
