Location: Gilching, Bavaria, Germany; on-site/hybrid with the option to work remotely one flexible day per week

What you will do

• Coordinate customer returns of systems and subsystems for repair and maintenance.
• Document and control incoming and outgoing system configurations in configuration databases.
• Coordinate communication between customers and repair teams and monitor repair timelines.
• Manage compensation shipments with customers, Tier 1 Support, and Fulfillment.
• Handle repair tickets in Jira Service Management and maintain structured documentation.
• Own customer complaints and escalations while driving resolution and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Background in service operations, repair management, customer support, logistics, or a comparable field.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repair cases, priorities, timelines, configurations, and stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, reliable, solution-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent German and English for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
