What you will do

• Coordinate on-site station operations during assigned shifts and report to the station manager.
• Assist drivers with unloading and sorting goods upon arrival.
• Monitor delivery processes, efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Train drivers on business systems and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with customer service and handle customer inquiries by phone.

• Ability to coordinate delivery station operations in an onsite environment.
• Ability to monitor driver performance, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to train employees on operational systems and SOPs.
