Senior Manager, Supply Chain - Quick Commerce

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with face-to-face collaboration at the Berlin campus two days a week

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Product Operations Specialists, setting priorities, coaching team members, and building future ownership.
• Shape supply chain strategy and priorities for Dmarts while owning key results and aligning with regional leadership.
• Set supply chain targets for availability, fill rate, days on hand, and spoilage across markets.
• Own the central demand planning framework across more than 40 countries and establish planning standards and guardrails.
• Lead business planning, capacity planning, forecast accuracy tracking, and translation of growth plans into network, inventory, and supplier requirements.
• Drive product strategy, multi-market rollouts, adoption, market support, SOP standardization, reporting, and impact measurement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or operations, ideally in quick commerce, grocery retail, or FMCG.
• Experience managing specialists or analysts and accountability for team results.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills across regional and market leadership, cultures, and time zones.
• End-to-end knowledge of demand planning, replenishment, supplier management, distribution center operations, and inventory health.
• Experience working with product and technology teams, including requirements writing, business cases, multi-market rollouts, and post-launch adoption.
• Data fluency with SQL or BigQuery, advanced Sheets, and Looker or Tableau, plus experience creating SOPs, playbooks, and governance standards.
