What you will do

• Resolve last-mile operational issues for parcel carriers in Switzerland and Italy.
• Perform regular carrier performance analysis and implement concrete corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across procurement, customer performance, and carrier integration.
• Maintain regular contact with last-mile carriers' operations and key account management teams.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and develop new ones as needed.

Requirements

• Italian: Mother-tongue or equivalent level (C2) required.
• German or Spanish: Good working level (B2) required.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Experience working with last-mile carriers, parcel operations, freight forwarding, or warehouse operations.
• Degree or vocational training in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Data-driven mindset with confidence in using analysis and reporting tools.
