Senior Financial Analyst (Automotive)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models for historical analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with departments on budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Lead annual budgets for material spend and operational targets, including variance analysis.
• Create KPIs and dashboards to monitor and communicate financial performance.
• Improve financial analysis and reporting through process automation, advanced data analytics, and accurate master data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of financial systems and multidimensional databases, including JD Edwards, OneStream, and Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to solve problems, manage multiple tasks, communicate financial insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently, manage sensitive information responsibly, and maintain strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
