What you will do

• Serve as the BOM subject matter expert, analyzing changes and reporting weekly variances.
• Partner with Engineering leaders, from DREs to the CTO, to understand financial tradeoffs for proposed design changes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and target compilation for BOM and investments in future programs.
• Analyze engineering change orders (ECO) as a member of the Change Review Board (CRB).
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Engineering to ensure high data integrity in the BOM.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a finance emphasis.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in product development.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
• Must be based in Garden Grove, CA.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
