Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst– Corporate

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned corporate functions.
• Perform monthly actual-to-budget, actual-to-forecast, and year-over-year variance analysis with executive-level commentary.
• Partner with department leaders on headcount planning, hiring decisions, and expense management.
• Track cost-reduction initiatives and report savings realization across supported functions.
• Build financial models, business cases, dashboards, and reporting tools for business decisions.
• Improve reporting automation, finance processes, and the use of planning and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or comparable finance-related activities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Knowledge of financial, ERP reporting, and data tools such as Workday ERP, SAP, Oracle, Business Objects, or Office Connect.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage confidential data, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience building new reporting tools and analytics to improve financial performance visibility.
