Senior Deal Desk Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: US National Pay Range $100,300–$118,000 USD base salary

What you will do

• Coordinate Sales, Legal, and Finance reviews and approvals for complex orders.
• Advise Sales on deal structuring, revenue recognition policies, and booking value.
• Build and manage quotes in Salesforce and ensure alignment with internal policies.
• Manage escalations for policy exceptions and develop solutions that reduce sales-process friction and risk.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve the quote-to-cash process and resolve operational issues in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience partnering with go-to-market teams and cross-functional departments.
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS businesses, operational metrics, and complex multi-product deals.
• Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
• Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules and booking terms.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Operations, Finance, Accounting, Data, or Analytics.
