Deal Desk Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: County Cork, Ireland; candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. Hybrid work is available within commuting distance of the Cork office, while fully remote work is available elsewhere in Ireland.

What you will do

• Manage and facilitate the end-to-end deal process from opportunity creation through deal closure.
• Support deal structuring, quoting, approvals, licensing and pricing in line with profitability goals.
• Act as a point of contact for sales inquiries, approvals and real-time deal desk requests during EMEA business hours.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce errors, validation issues, quote-sync issues, account reassignments and data problems.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and legal teams on transactional requirements.
• Develop training, policies, best practices and standard operating procedures to improve deal desk efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations or a similar role.
• Knowledge of SaaS, subscription business models, finance, revenue recognition and contract guidelines.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including independent troubleshooting of errors, validation issues, quote-sync issues and data problems.
• Ability to work independently during EMEA business hours and manage multiple real-time support requests.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
