Revenue Operations Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States. Onsite work is required five days a week until onboarding is complete; afterward, the role follows a hybrid schedule with office work Tuesday through Thursday and optional remote work Monday and Friday.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain reporting, forecasts, dashboards, and actionable insights for go-to-market and executive leadership teams using Excel, Salesforce, and Sigma.
• Partner with Sales and Success leadership to define and operationalize key performance indicators.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business strategy and identify trends.
• Identify and implement process automation and operational improvements that increase sales productivity and data accessibility.
• Define Salesforce user-experience requirements and own the accuracy of sales data across the organization.
• Support the development and calculation of Sales and Success compensation plans.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an analyst role, preferably in sales operations at a SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication, listening, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, solve problems independently, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week during onboarding and in the Austin office Tuesday through Thursday afterward.

• Experience with financial statements and revenue recognition.
