Senior Revenue Operations Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration in the Manila office

Salary: ₱109,500–₱136,000 per month

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success leadership on planning, performance tracking, and operational execution.
• Build dashboards, reporting suites, forecasting models, capacity plans, and segmentation models for pipeline, bookings, retention, and growth KPIs.
• Design and deploy Salesforce workflows and system automations with Business Systems.
• Own MBRs, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and executive reporting packages.
• Drive territory design, quota modeling, book-of-business alignment, funnel analysis, and data integrity initiatives.
• Project manage cross-functional GTM initiatives such as CPQ changes, new GTM motions, and team realignments.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Management Consulting; SaaS or recurring-revenue experience is preferred.
• Experience with GTM motions across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.
• Expert-level Excel skills, including data modeling, nested formulas, advanced functions, pivot tables, charts, slicers, and Power Query.
• Strong understanding of relational and multidimensional data structures and proficiency with Salesforce.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, project management experience, and ability to collaborate with senior leaders.
• Ability to work the fixed Monday–Friday schedule from 10pm to 7am Manila time.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or another analytics and reporting tool.
