Salary: $52.88 – $67.30 per hour

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments using Salesforce CPQ.
• Own the Salesforce and ZenDesk queues for Q2C requests, managing intake, triage, and escalation.
• Partner with Finance and Legal to navigate non-standard terms and identify system inefficiencies.
• Standardize deal workflows and systemize the escalation process within Salesforce to improve transparency.
• Ensure all deals adhere to price books, discount thresholds, and financial compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ or similar quoting tools, including product configuration and price rules.
• Experience working in SaaS or Legal Tech environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex commercial concepts to diverse internal stakeholders.
