Senior Strategist Go to Market

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Base salary: $96,100–$135,700 per year, with potential bonus participation.

What you will do

• Manage and execute medium- to large-scope product deployments, including positioning, internal training, communications, and integration into the business ecosystem.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, project plans, and deliverables, and manage GTM activities through execution.
• Lead cross-functional project teams working with product, marketing, training, segment leadership, and operations readiness.
• Develop product training content and assets with subject-matter experts and the central Training team.
• Create product communications, internal newsletters, forums, and showcases.
• Maintain a portfolio view of product initiatives and identify opportunities to bundle launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent directly related experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience in project management, communications, training, and/or marketing.
• Strong organization, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to engage, lead, and influence cross-functional business partners.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
