Staff Product Marketing Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote-only and global; location is not a requirement. The ideal fit works under US or EMEA timezones.

Salary: US$164,000–US$199,100 per year depending on location. US employees may receive US$151,313.44–US$183,698.21 gross salary.

What you will do

• Define product positioning, market fit, differentiated narratives, and reasons for new features to exist.
• Develop end-to-end launch storytelling across Town Halls, press releases, social media, podcasts, blogs, and in-product messaging.
• Partner with Product Managers early in development to influence product decisions and go-to-market plans.
• Use competitive research, customer interviews, and market opportunities to guide decisions.
• Contribute to feature packaging and pricing across the Host, Professional, and Mogul plans.
• Collaborate with Growth to improve the full funnel from website visits and free trials through OTA connection, subscription, onboarding, adoption, and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a fast-moving, product-led SaaS company.
• Experience contributing to product marketing strategy, positioning, product decisions, and growth opportunities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and align cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working with data, evaluating campaign results, identifying demand, and recommending future actions.
• Experience with fintech, payments, marketplaces, or similar products is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience as a short-term rental host or in the short-term rental business.
• Existing hirify.global customer experience.
