Staff Product Marketing Manager (SaaS): Owning the positioning, launch, and scaling of new features for a short-term rental platform with an accent on customer acquisition and adoption. Location: Remote-only, global. Ideal candidates should be able to work within US or EMEA timezones.
Salary: US$164,000–US$199,100 (depending on cost of living).

What you will do
- Shape product positioning and narratives to ensure clear market fit for new features.
- Develop end-to-end storytelling for launches across channels including Town Halls, blogs, and social media.
- Partner with Product Managers to influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Conduct competitive research and customer interviews to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to optimize the full funnel from free trial to retention.
- Contribute to pricing and packaging decisions for various subscription plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within a fast-moving, product-led SaaS company.
- Proven track record of defining positioning and influencing product decisions to move business metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Comfortable analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and assess campaign impact.
- Experience with fintech, payments, or marketplaces is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with the short-term rental industry is a plus.
