EMEA Benefits Senior Analyst (Benefits and Absences)

Location: Poland - Remote

Salary: 128,000–160,000 PLN annual

What you will do

• Manage health insurance, pension, statutory, and voluntary benefit schemes across EMEA.
• Coordinate with local administrators, benefits providers, and insurance brokers across multiple countries.
• Develop and maintain absence policies, manage return-to-work and statutory leave processes, and monitor absence trends.
• Provide technical guidance to managers and employees and create benefits communications and educational materials.
• Support compensation analysis, benchmarking, equity analysis, salary review cycles, and compensation data audits in Workday.
• Prepare leadership reports and dashboards and contribute to benefits platform, absence management, and global broker implementations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct experience in EMEA benefits and/or absence management.
• Expertise in health insurance, pension schemes, and statutory absence administration across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of benefits programmes in the UK, France, Germany, Finland, and the Netherlands.
• Experience with multi-country payroll integration and benefits administration platforms.
• Working knowledge of absence management best practices and occupational health liaison.
• Fluent English required; strong Excel, data analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems such as Workday.
• Additional EMEA country experience or language skills.
• Exposure to compensation methodology, job architecture, market benchmarking, and sales compensation reviews.
