Senior Expert Compensation & Benefits for Europe (All Genders) (AI in HR)

Location: Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland; hybrid work with 3 days in the office per week

What you will do

• Build cost models, salary budget simulations, and pay equity analyses while supporting compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Implement and develop AI-based tools and solutions for Total Rewards processes.
• Run salary reviews, market analyses, and compensation benchmarks, then recommend actions based on the results.
• Design, analyze, and harmonize compensation and benefits policies across European countries.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT on the digital transformation of compensation processes.
• Prepare regional leadership reports, dashboards, and presentations, and advise HR Business Partners and managers on pay, bonuses, and benefits.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, including experience in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills, experience with large datasets, and the ability to turn data into business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical and visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience with, or a strong interest in, AI applications in HR.
• Understanding of European pay regulations, including the Pay Transparency Directive.
• Fluent English, independence, accuracy, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
