What you will do

• Lead sourcing, qualification, selection, and procurement activities for construction suppliers and contractors.
• Develop sourcing strategies, commercial approaches, compensation models, and procurement plans.
• Lead contract development, negotiation, execution, administration, and management for design, construction, and related services.
• Analyze construction market conditions, industry trends, and supplier capabilities to guide commercial decisions.
• Monitor cost savings, schedule adherence, supplier performance, and quality KPIs across construction projects.
• Coach project managers, buyers, and project teams while resolving contract disputes and managing commercial risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, construction management, contract management, or a related field with 9+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with 6+ years or a PhD with 4+ years.
• Experience in supply chain management, contract management, procurement, construction project management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex contract negotiations and managing construction-related commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of the U.S. construction market, including industry practices, trends, and commercial norms.
• Ability to work onsite in New Albany, Ohio, United States.

Nice to have

• Expertise in procurement planning, sourcing strategy, and procurement policy development.
• Experience with large-scale, technically complex construction projects in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data center, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries.
• Experience managing contracts and commercial negotiations for multi-million- or billion-dollar construction programs.
