Manager-Supply Management (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite at the Fab 4 facility in Gresham, Oregon or the Fab 5 facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Travel: 0%–25%.

Annual base salary: $65,000–$165,000 USD, depending on location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Supervise Supply Chain Buyers, including daily performance management, team building, development, training, and mentoring.
• Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and determine supply sources, purchase quantities, delivery schedules, prices, and contractual terms.
• Coordinate procurement with production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other operational functions.
• Resolve fab supply shortages and escalated supply issues, serving as the liaison between internal customers and suppliers.
• Qualify, develop, monitor, measure, and evaluate suppliers providing critical materials and services.
• Lead KPI reviews, executive supplier business reviews, department audits, and supply management projects while ensuring purchase orders and contracts meet corporate, quality, budget, and business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline.
• At least 5 years of purchasing and supply chain management experience.
• At least 5 years of manager or supervisor experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, documentation, writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to contribute as a reliable and effective team member with minimal supervision and coordinate multiple facets of the operation.
• Ability to perform work involving hearing, talking, and seeing; physical activity is approximately 80% sitting, 10% standing, and 10% walking.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Supply Management.
• Supply chain-related internship, co-op, or work experience may be considered relevant job experience.
