Manager-Supply Management (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite at Fab 4 in Gresham, Oregon, or Fab 5 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States

Annual base salary: $65,000–$165,000, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Manage Supply Management staff, including performance, team development, training, and mentoring.
• Source materials and services, negotiate supplier contracts, and determine supply sources, quantities, schedules, pricing, and terms.
• Coordinate procurement with production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions.
• Resolve fab supply shortages and escalations while serving as the liaison between internal customers and suppliers.
• Qualify, develop, monitor, and evaluate suppliers providing critical materials and services.
• Lead department audits, project management activities, KPI reviews, and executive supplier business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline; a degree in Supply Chain or Supply Management is preferred.
• At least 5 years of purchasing and supply chain management experience.
• At least 5 years of manager or supervisor experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, documentation, writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple operational facets and contribute reliably with minimal supervision.
