Supply Chain Manager (NDAA)

Location: Onsite in South San Francisco, California, United States. Must be authorized to work in the United States; willingness to travel as needed is required.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for NDAA-compliant materials and components.
• Develop relationships with domestic suppliers and lead supplier negotiations and contracting.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and legal teams on regulatory and operational requirements.
• Monitor supply risks through supplier evaluations, audits, capacity planning, and contingency planning.
• Oversee inventory management and demand forecasting to align materials with production schedules.
• Drive improvements in supply chain efficiency, cost, and quality while advising on NDAA regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of NDAA compliance and experience with regulated components.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, evaluations, and audits.
• Experience with inventory management, demand planning, and procurement systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in drone, robotics, or aerospace supply chains.
• Familiarity with ERP and supply chain software tools.
• CSCP or CPSM certification.
