Location: Hybrid role in the USA, with at least eight in-office days per month at a office within 50 miles of home; East Coast hours required.
Salary: $118,300β$207,400 USD per year.

What you will do
- Own registered agent and service of process product capabilities from discovery and ideation through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Translate customer feedback, market insights, usage data, and business needs into product strategy and priorities.
- Use AI and automation to improve discovery, requirements definition, decision-making, product capabilities, and delivery efficiency.
- Prioritize product backlogs and collaborate with Business Analysts, UX, engineering, and stakeholders on requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, execution, validation, release, and adoption.
- Track KPIs, customer outcomes, adoption metrics, and delivery performance while aligning Technology, PMO, Operations, Sales, Service, and Go-to-Market teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or software development in enterprise environments.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work US East Coast hours and attend the office at least eight days per month.
- Experience working in distributed, matrixed organizations and Agile/Scrum teams from concept through release.
- Experience applying AI and automation in product development.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with software development and product analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Google Analytics.
