What you will do

• Prepare and maintain a well-structured product backlog for team refinement and sprint cycles.
• Write clear, complete acceptance criteria and decompose high-level ideas into incremental, iterative work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define detailed business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resolve blockers to ensure smooth execution.
• Work with engineering, architecture, and UX designers to ensure requirements reflect accurate business workflows and data flows.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate backlog preparation and expand scenario coverage.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an Agile Scrum team.
• Agile Certifications are required.
• Working knowledge of the automotive F&I industry, including aftermarket products and dealer roles.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of modern automotive digital retailing and dealer management systems.
• Understanding of automotive warranty, service lane processes, and claims management systems.
