Product Manager (GenAI)

Location: Rockville, Maryland, United States; hybrid work environment with defined in-person presence requirements.

Salary range for work performed in Maryland: $112,300–$202,500 annually. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, education, and market considerations.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for the Unstructured Data Management platform.
• Partner with engineering, product, technology, and business stakeholders to build enterprise-wide document discovery, classification, and intelligence capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases supporting GenAI adoption, document-intensive workflows, and measurable platform ROI.
• Manage requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, releases, pilots, and UAT.
• Establish and monitor KPIs covering coverage, adoption, efficiency gains, cost avoidance, and product performance.
• Present product progress and value delivery to senior leadership while incorporating stakeholder and user feedback into future releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing, including 3 years in product or experience management.
• Experience with Agile software development and cross-functional work in a large organization.
• Experience working with senior leadership and translating data into quantifiable actions and deliverables.
• Strong writing ability and business acumen.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with defined in-person presence requirements in Rockville, Maryland.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree.
• CSPO certification.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Strong financial acumen.
