Senior Product Manager (Client Communications): Leading the zero-to-one development and long-term evolution of a client communications product area spanning filing updates, notifications, automated interactions, and customer journey touchpoints with an accent on product discovery, workflow design, analytics, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on defining scalable product requirements, building user journeys and process flows, managing roadmap and backlog priorities, and improving engagement, retention, automation, and operational efficiency.
Location: Remote, must be based in the United States

What you will do
- Own the client communications product roadmap from strategy through execution, covering filing updates, notifications, automated interactions, and customer journey touchpoints.
- Lead product discovery and delivery with Engineering, Design, Operations, and business stakeholders from concept through launch.
- Define epics, user stories, requirements, dependencies, and acceptance criteria for engineering execution.
- Create user journeys, process flows, data flow diagrams, and wireframes for communications and onboarding experiences.
- Manage backlog prioritization, sprint readiness, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication using tools such as Jira.
- Establish KPI dashboards, scalable processes, documentation, and roadmap clarity to improve engagement, retention, automation, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of product areas from early-stage concepts through maturity.
- Experience translating business objectives and customer needs into prioritized roadmaps and actionable product requirements.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Service stakeholders.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, user journeys, wireframes, and product documentation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira Software, Jira Product Discovery, or Linear.
- Data-driven, analytical, organized, and detail-oriented approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.
