Compensation Advisor - Asset Management Group

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States

Base salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary compensation advisor for the Asset Management Group.
• Support the design, implementation, and administration of base salary, incentive, sales, and executive compensation programs.
• Conduct job analysis, job evaluations, and salary increase reviews.
• Monitor compensation policies, market trends, peer equity, and plan effectiveness.
• Prepare recommendations, reports, and presentations for business partners and senior management.
• Monitor compensation laws and regulations and support internal controls and organizational compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with compensation management, analysis, job evaluations, salary structure design, and workforce analytics.
• Knowledge of HR policies, HRIS, internal controls, data analysis, and strategic planning.
• Must work in the Pittsburgh office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT.
