Salary: $154,000–$212,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead annual compensation and performance management cycles, including merit, bonus, goal-setting, and performance reviews.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and execute change management, communications, and training plans to support program adoption.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness for process and program changes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve compensation and performance management processes.
• Maintain program governance, process documentation, operating procedures, and post-cycle improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, HR operations, compensation, performance management, or a related area.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder groups.
• Strong project management, organizational, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence.
