Salary: $196,350 - $266,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise talent management strategy aligned with business objectives and cultural aspirations.
• Serve as the process owner for key programs including performance management, promotions, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Lead executive talent discussions and serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders and executives on workforce risk and organizational effectiveness.
• Design systems that reinforce accountability, performance differentiation, and leadership excellence.
• Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives and build partnerships across HR and business functions to drive adoption.
• Manage a small team of talent professionals and integrate AI into talent effectiveness at scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or HR Strategy.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Demonstrated success influencing executives and driving enterprise-scale talent transformation.
• Strong analytical capability and experience leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
• Experience in the global technology industry is preferred.
