HR Director

Location: On-site in Broomfield, Colorado, United States. Candidates must be a U.S. Person and must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless also a U.S. citizen. Travel is approximately 10–20%.

Base pay: $159,000–$200,000 annually, plus bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Align HR and people strategies with business objectives, growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee development, and change management.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on recruiting strategies, hiring needs, team design, and organizational effectiveness.
• Guide employee relations matters and strengthen engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Execute HR programs, support compliance and audits, improve HR processes, and provide strategic workforce insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership-level HR Business Partner or HR management experience.
• U.S. Person status is required: U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, worker granted asylum, or refugee status.
• Due to national security requirements, candidates must not be nationals of the People's Republic of China or Russia unless also a U.S. citizen.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, performance management, and talent management practices.
• Experience influencing leaders and using people data to support business decisions.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in complex, high-growth, global, engineering, research and development, manufacturing, or technology organizations.
• Experience leading organizational change, leadership development, and talent strategies.
